This Privacy Policy describes how Axyz (“Axyz”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit axyz.tech, contact us, or use related services. Contact: privacy@axyz.tech.

1. Information we collect

• Contact and demo requests: name, email address, and message content you submit through forms on our website.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) and security signals (for example bot-protection tokens).
• Communications: emails and messages you send to our business addresses on @axyz.tech.
• Social / integrations: if you authorize Axyz tools to connect to LinkedIn or other platforms, we receive tokens and Page or account data needed to provide that feature (for example Company Page posts, comments, and analytics for Pages you administer).

2. How we use information

• Respond to inquiries and schedule demos.
• Operate, secure, and improve our website and services.
• Publish and manage content on Axyz-owned channels when you authorize an integration.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell personal information.

3. Legal bases

Where applicable (including GDPR), we process data based on: your consent; performance of a contract or pre-contract requests; our legitimate interests in operating a secure business website and managing our own brand channels; and legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We may share information with infrastructure and service providers that process data on our behalf (hosting, email delivery, security, analytics), subject to appropriate safeguards. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to understand, in aggregate, how visitors find and use this site — which pages are read and which channels bring people here. Analytics is off by default: no analytics cookies are set unless you choose “Accept” in the cookie notice. If you accept, Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_*) to distinguish visits. We do not use advertising cookies, and Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.

You can change your choice at any time: change your cookie choice. Data sent to Google is subject to the transfer safeguards described in “International transfers” below and to Google’s privacy policy.

6. Retention

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including inquiry follow-up, security, and legal requirements. Integration tokens and related social data are retained while the connection is active and deleted or anonymized when disconnected, subject to backup cycles.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures (access control, TLS in transit, least-privilege practices). No method of transmission or storage is fully secure.

8. International transfers

Data may be processed in countries where we or our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate transfer safeguards.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability or withdrawal of consent. To exercise rights, email privacy@axyz.tech. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

10. Children

Our services are directed to businesses and professionals, not to children under 16.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
